About the Session – Leadership Development and Succession Planning
Leadership development and succession planning go hand-in and in building a strong, engaging employee culture that lasts. Panelists will explain processes and strategies that they have implemented to recognize employee leadership potential and cultivate a culture of empowered employees who go to work very day understanding the value they bring to their company. In other words, how do companies create a deep bench for succession? This session will then explain how best to “hand the keys” to the company to that next generation of leaders so that company has the best chance for success in its next generation.
