The Presidents' Forum Pam Reynolds Palmer A. (Pam) Reynolds is President and CEO of Phoenix Textile Corporation, a distributor of textiles, custom draperies and interior design products and services primarily to the healthcare industry. Founded in 1983 by Mrs. Reynolds and R. Hal Dean, Chairman of the Board, beginning with 10 employees, Phoenix Textile now employs 130 and has sales of $50 million. Magazine, July 1993, and is listed as one of the 500 Largest Woman-Owned Business in Working Woman Magazine. Mrs. Reynolds is a member of the Board of Trustees of Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an Emeritus Trustee for William Jewell College in Liberty, MO, has served as a member of the Executive Board for the Missouri Baptist Convention, an auxiliary board member for Windermere, and a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners. A member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in St. Charles, she has three daughters and four grandchildren and resides in St. Charles, Missouri.
