Speaker Biography:
Bill has over 20 years of experience as a results-oriented manager with a successful track record of improving company sales and profits in a broad array of industries. Bill has had line management responsibilities at Briggs & Stratton, JI Case and Litton Industrial Equipment. He has an Engineering degree from Marquette University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

A much sought after speaker, Bill has spoken in a wide variety of settings, from annual meetings and national conferences to CEO groups and more recently as a guest lecturer at the University of Chicago Business School. He has also been televised and was featured on a five part series produced by the Automotive Television Satellite network where his work implementing OBM with a car dealership was broadcast. He serves on the board of directors of several companies, all of which practice open-book management.

In 1994, Bill started the coaching business to help companies implement open-book management. Since then, he has worked with over 100 different companies, helping to improve their businesses and the lives of their employees. The companies have ranged from small, privately held companies, to mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 firms. Some of his audiences include:

Bill and his wife, Joy, and three kids live in the Cincinnati suburb of Villa Hills, Kentucky. Bill’s commitment to faith, family and friends provide a strong motivation for his work, tempered with a sense of humor that helps him avoid taking himself to seriously.
