The President's Forum

The major learning and networking event offered by each local Institute is The Presidents’ Forum. It is intended to be the premier educational event for Presidents of growing, small and mid-market businesses. Presidents who are selected to attend gain important knowledge and insight from their peers that helps them better run their companies. Also, they have an unprecedented opportunity to meet qualified small and mid-market business service providers capable of providing solutions to a vast array of issues.

How It Works:
The Presidents’ Forum program is made up of hands-on case studies on specific business challenges and solutions. The principal speakers are presidents and owners of mid-market companies selected to present personal case studies of specific decisions that made substantial positive impacts on their business. Presidents share extremely private information and experiences in a series of presentations, workshops and one-on-one discussion sessions held throughout the Forum.

Who Attends:
Only presidents/founders of small and mid-market companies nominated by TEI or local Advisory Board Members are invited to participate, providing they meet the following National Institute criteria:

  • The business has outstanding potential for growth, either because of the industry or the quality of management, or;
  • The business is respected in the community because of the quality of product and reputation, or;
  • The president has demonstrated outstanding personal leadership qualities.
