Local Institute Chapters

Founded in 1976, TEI's primary mission is to provide unlimited opportunities for business owners to acquire knowledge, experience and resources needed to grow their firms and create new jobs in their communities. We are dedicated to meeting the business information and networking needs of presidents and CEOs leading America's small and mid-market companies. When these presidents and CEOs learn from each other what works; and can tap the expertise of top level professionals who sponsor each local chapter, they are better able to lead their companies to stronger profits and sustained growth. That creates jobs and increases the vitality of American communities.

Each TEI chapter (click for a nationwide map) produces education programs, networking opportunities and business communications targeted at the presidents of existing multi-million dollar enterprises. Many of our programs are by invitation only. A growth orientation is a key criteria, especially for an invitation to Institute learning programs such as the Presidents’ Forum.

All TEI local chapters are advised and sponsored by successful business owners and professionals such as bankers, accountants, attorneys, M&A specialists, marketing and management consultants, and other business service providers. Their collaboration with TEI ensures our programs are relevant to local businesses and guarantees quality education, practical learning and targeted networking for businesses and sponsors alike.
